About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Coordinator - Operations to join our team at the Department of Education, Western Australia. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing various elements of school operations, including reporting to parents, standardized testing, and examinations.

The successful applicant will have experience in timetabling and maximizing the flexibility of the one-line budget, providing creative and flexible solutions for our context. This includes preparatory work for timetabling, grid development, and liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

You will lead a highly efficient and knowledgeable team that manages various elements of school operations, such as student information records, duty rosters, and externally set tasks. As a Program Coordinator - Operations, you will be responsible for promoting positive relationships with various stakeholders and ensuring the smooth operation of our schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage various elements of school operations, including reporting to parents, standardized testing, and examinations.
  • Provide effective leadership in a diverse range of educational settings.
  • Develop and implement creative and flexible solutions to maximize the flexibility of the one-line budget.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Lead a team of highly efficient and knowledgeable staff to ensure the smooth operation of our schools.
Requirements
