Learning and Professional Development Coordinator Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of learning programs, projects, and initiatives
  • Collaborate with the L&D team to manage internal and external training administration using the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System
  • Administer and coordinate learning systems, policies, and processes including budgeting, invoice payments, planning, recording, and reporting
  • Support the delivery of various learning programs, including managing registrations, recording attendance, sending evaluations, and analyzing results
  • Administer Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for legal staff
  • Contribute to L&D projects and broader firm projects as required
  • Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities and collaborating on solutions

Requirements

  • Understanding of adult learning principles (desirable)
  • Experience in organizational projects such as learning & development, leadership development, and employee engagement programs or similar
  • Track record of delivering high-quality solutions within the broader business context
  • Influencing skills and ability to establish credibility and rapport
  • Highly developed organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to identify, design, and maintain process improvements
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Learning Management System experience (desirable - SuccessFactors)
  • Experience in a professional services organization or partnership environment (highly desirable)
