Job Title: Learning and Professional Growth Specialist

Your New Opportunity

This role focuses on coordinating, designing, and delivering integrated learning solutions to embed skills and knowledge.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage recognition programs that acknowledge employee achievements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement schedules for projects, monitor performance against key milestones, and ensure delivery of development programs meets objectives
  • Implement processes and procedures consistent with set policies to achieve learning goals
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs, develop, source, and deploy best practice solutions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience working in an administrative capacity
  • Proven project management skills
  • Strong organisational and customer service skills
  • Experience in the development and delivery of development solutions (desirable)

This is a temporary contract focused on managing recognition programs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
