Job Opportunity: Finance Assistant

The primary objective of this position is to provide administrative support to the finance team as a temporary maternity leave replacement. This role entails various tasks, including travel and expense claim processing, company car administration, warranty payment processing, and collaborating with the Shared Services team.

Responsibilities comprise:

  • Day-to-day administration of company credit cards, new and replacement credit cards, and distributing them to card holders.
  • Expense claim process management, advising staff on claim completion, reimbursement of cash expenses, and reconciliation of cash advances.
  • Company motor vehicle administration, maintaining lease details, recovering infringement costs, and repair and maintenance issues.
  • Accounts payable invoice entry and payment for travel, expenses, warranty, and motor vehicles.
  • Supporting the Tax team with odometer readings, travel diaries, and other related details.

Key requirements include:

  • Effective communication skills and ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with expense claim processing and proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Zeno/Serko Expenses is advantageous.
  • Team player with independent work capability and desire to grow within a corporate organization.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong work ethic, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
