**About the Role**

A construction business with an on-site project on Prospect Highway in Blacktown is looking for someone who can work on-site as an Administration Assistant supporting the team with all finance admin support.

**Your duties will include**:

- Full function Accounts Payable using JDE
- Invoice processing
- Liaise with internal and external suppliers on a daily basis
- Monthly reconciliation of purchase orders and stocks
- Answer queries from relevant parties and agencies

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- experience within a high volume Accounts Payable role
- high level of competency in Microsoft Excel
- experience using SAP; ideal but not essential
- clear communication skills, both verbal and written
- high degree of organisation and attention to detail

We are looking for someone who has finance and administration experience and is comfortable working on site in a construction environment.

A construction company based in the Northern Beaches is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their team on a 3-4 month temporary position paying $30 + Super an hour.

Your key responsibilities in this position will involve:

- Full function Accounts Payable using JDE
- Invoice processing
- Liaise with internal and external suppliers on a daily basis
- Supervise and provide support to other Accounts officers (x5)
- Monthly reconciliation of purchase orders and stocks.
- Answer queries from relevant parties and agencies.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- experience within a high volume Accounts Payable role
