We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in a senior associate role.

Job Description:
  • Assist in the analysis, structuring, and execution of private debt transactions with a focus on investment and development real estate transactions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling and analytical skills, proficiency in financial analysis and valuation techniques, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3-7 years of relevant experience in a deals team within a private debt, non-bank lender, banking, transaction services or real estate capital markets business.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional qualifications (e.g., CFA, ACA) would be an advantage.
