Job Title: Student Support Coordinator
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Student Support Coordinator. The primary focus of this role will be to provide exceptional support services to students, ensuring their academic success and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to students on various matters including course queries, timetabling, payments, and visa requirements.
- Assist with student enrollment, intakes, and orientations, providing accurate information and guidance to ensure a smooth transition.
- Support the administrative duties of programs across the organization, maintaining accurate records and updating student management systems as needed.
- Collaborate with admissions and academic teams to ensure efficient and timely student management and stakeholder objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- R
- Elevant tertiary qualification or combination of professional administration experience and education/training in a customer-focused role.
- Excellent customer service skills, ability to work autonomously and as an effective team member in a high-volume, process-driven environment.
- Demonstrated awareness of sensitivity to cross-cultural differences when interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range $50,000 - $55,000 per year.
- 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday.
- Australia work authorization required.
Work Location: In person
