Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the central point of contact for student inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate information with empathy.

**Qualifications:**

  • Previous experience in administration or student services, preferably within the education sector.
  • Proficiency in student information systems (e.g., CRM) and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and understanding of compliance, records management, and data integrity.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment and interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
