Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a support worker. As a support worker, you will play a vital role in providing assistance to clients with their daily needs, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with meal preparation, medication administration, and hygiene.
- Assist clients with household tasks and errands.
- Support clients to participate in age-appropriate activities and tasks, including employment, in-home support, and community access.
- Work in accordance with the client's service plan and provide direct care assistance as directed.
- Monitor the safety and well-being of clients and report any concerns to the manager.
Your Requirements
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWC Check, First Aid & CPR, and ABN.
- Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support.
- Driver's license with fully insured motor vehicle.
- 100 points ID.
- NDIS Worker Orientation/Induction Module.
- Must be fully vaccinated.
- Nursing experience preferred (Enrolled nurse or Endorsed Enrolled Nurse).
