Support Worker Job Opportunity

Bharosa Community Services offers services for people with disabilities to live with respect and dignity.

We provide individual and community care across Brisbane, enabling clients to engage in their favourite activities in a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing care and support to clients based on their personalised care plans.
  • Assisting with personal tasks, community access, domestic assistance, social support, transport, meal preparation, group participation, and life skills development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certification in Individual Support or similar qualification.
  • Current Working with Vulnerable People Check, Criminal Record Check, and First Aid Certificate.
  • Drivers License and reliable vehicle.
  • Smart phone and Microsoft Office suite skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months relevant experience supporting People with Disability.
  • Demonstrated Continuing Professional Development.
  • Knowledge of continuous quality improvement principles.
