Senior Asset Manager

We are seeking a full-time Senior Asset Manager to join our team and work on a major client portfolio.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing day-to-day property management services, communicating and reporting to stakeholders, and reviewing frameworks to ensure our clients' assets are appropriately managed.

  • Ongoing tenancy management including coordination of property inspections, repairs, and maintenance, and maintaining property records.
  • Administration and financial management, including forecasting, arrears, and reporting.
  • Ensuring optimal occupant satisfaction.
  • Manage and control essential, planned, reactive, and preventative maintenance programs.
  • Procurement, management, and coordination of subcontractors.
  • Property performance monitoring and reporting.
  • Development and execution of sustainability initiatives and value-adding strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • A Certificate IV or Diploma in Property.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Cirrus8.
