Property Management Executive

As a highly experienced Property Management Executive, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic management of our property portfolio. This exciting new position offers a unique opportunity to work with leased and freehold properties, negotiate new lease arrangements, and assist with facilities management functions and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administration and transaction processes for leases
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including service providers, lawyers, and operational staff
  • Managing properties, including company-owned and franchised properties, national offices, warehouses (commercial & retail)
  • Determining cost-effective options and negotiating new lease arrangements
  • General property management, with an element of facilities management and involvement in make good processes
  • Invoice approvals in relation to rent and payments to landlords
Requirements:
  • Experience in Property Management or related field
  • Qualifications in Property Development, Business, or Real Estate
  • Understanding of Retail Leasing Act and ability to read and comprehend lease documentation
  • Significant experience in dealing with leasing processes and transactions
  • Ability to prepare and monitor budgets and operating costs
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills
