Contract Administration Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of contract administration.

  • Oversight of contract preparation, negotiation, execution, and monitoring
  • Collaboration with project managers and legal teams
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and deadlines
  • Maintenance of accurate records and documentation
  • Support in resolving contract-related issues

This role is ideal for individuals with a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in Contract Administration within building construction. Experience working on defence projects is highly desired.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software is also essential.
