Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Technology Governance Professional to join our Group Technology division. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the strategic governance of technology assets, policies, data, and forums across Group Tech.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and maintenance of technology policies, standards, and processes that adapt to regulatory changes.
  • Streamline documentation for usability and compliance, partnering with technical experts to ensure clarity and alignment with enterprise frameworks.
  • Own monthly LeanIX data quality reviews, championing data stewardship and process-driven mindset to empower teams and support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide high-quality secretariat support for the Technology Advisory Council, managing agendas, tracking actions, and maintaining governance documentation.

  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and build cross-functional relationships with senior stakeholders.
