A Day in the Life
You will be part of the MRC team, responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. You will interact with leading companies and believe that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.
Key Responsibilities
We're seeking a skilled Inbound Lead Development Representative to build a stronger AWS leads database by interacting with customers by phone, email, and researching existing AWS leads to create a detailed view of the customer's need for cloud technology. You will educate customers that are in the beginning of the cloud journey and move them from warm or little interest to active interest; education to consideration. You will nurture leads with tailored messaging to increase customer understanding of AWS services and unique differentiators with relevant customer use cases. Through nurture efforts, you will create higher value leads resulting in higher conversion rates.
Your Impact
You will work closely with Marketing and Sales stakeholders to achieve campaign goals. You will work closely with our partner community to nurture jointly captured leads and perform occasional call blitzes to identify new meetings and opportunities. You will have the opportunity to be part of a team to lead a global cross-functional MRC projects to drive operational excellence and better customer experience.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience, including 1+ years of Salesforce, Tableau, Vidyard, and Excel experience. You will also need 1+ years of designing, building, and launching successful email engagement programs, specifically lifecycle/nurture programs experience. Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables) is also required.
