We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Technology Solutions Architect to join our Banking and Financial Services team. As a key member of our full lifecycle team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining automation tooling and creating industry-leading distributed Kubernetes-based platforms.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in cloud technologies such as GCP and AWS to provide technical leadership in architecture, design, development, testing, and operations. You will also influence and mentor other engineers in engineering best practices.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our Digital Bank. You will work closely with our team to deliver solutions incrementally, using innovative approaches to automation, including Hashicorp Vault, Kubernetes Operators, ArgoCD, and In-house written Go Operators.

Requirements
  • 2-5 years' experience with the Go programming language
  • 5+ years' experience with software development in enterprise environments
  • Experience working with cloud technologies such as GCP or AWS
  • Demonstrate a strong passion for identity management and secrets management solutions, with a keen interest in the latest industry trends
  • Real-world experience in supporting production applications
  • Experience with GitOps (ArgoCD) and declarative infrastructure as code (kustomize, helm, or terraform)
  • Familiarity with secrets management platform or technology (example: Hashicorp Vault)
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including hybrid and flexible working arrangements, wellbeing leave, paid parental leave, and access to learning and development opportunities.
