As a key leader in our organization, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-level corporate real estate functions. This includes overseeing and managing project deliverables, business priorities, and timeframes within a complex and ever-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic property plans to support the Department of Health's goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Provide in-depth research and analytical support to inform property decisions and drive informed decision-making
  • Collaborate with the Health Capital Division to deliver end-to-end capital infrastructure projects that meet the needs of the organization

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of corporate real estate functions and extensive experience in a similar leadership role. They will also have a proven ability to effectively lead and manage project deliverables, business priorities, and timeframes within a complex and dynamic environment.
