Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Investor Relations professional to join our Real Estate Capital Markets team. This role will act as a central conduit between our division and strategic investors and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for investor correspondence across the Real Estate platform.
  • Develop and execute multi-layered engagement plans for existing and prospective investors.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Fund Managers, Capital Markets, Client Services & Capital (CSC), and corporate functions to deliver strategic investor communications.
  • Lead internal preparation for investor meetings and reviews, ensuring alignment and consistency.
  • Manage investment-related responses, marketing collateral, due diligence, and reporting.
  • Represent us in formal portfolio reviews and investor presentations.
  • Monitor market trends, client needs, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Contribute to leadership and collaboration across the Real Estate and CSC teams.
Requirements:

You're a confident communicator with a strong understanding of the real estate sector and a passion for building trusted relationships. You bring charisma, gravitas, and a client-first mindset, and you're comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments. You're organized, proactive, and able to synthesise complex information into clear, compelling communications. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by delivering value to both clients and internal teams.

You have proven experience in real estate and client relationship management, deep knowledge of the real estate asset class, and a strong understanding of the funds management and superannuation investment landscape. You possess exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, high-level commercial acumen, and strategic thinking. You also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong project management and organisational capabilities, and relevant qualifications in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Marketing, or Business Management.

You're a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills, and you can distill complex data into actionable insights. You're passionate about driving business growth through effective stakeholder engagement and have a track record of achieving outstanding results.
