
Dynamic Customer Experience Manager

As a Mobile Banker, you will be responsible for enhancing customers' banking experience through personal accountability and exceptional service management.
The job involves managing complex customer needs while maintaining stakeholder satisfaction. You will also grow your portfolio through self-generated activity and networking opportunities.
Additionally, you will proactively engage in community relationships and events to build strong connections with our customers.

- A proven history of financial services experience with a focus on customer service
- Strong ethical belief system and ability to execute business development strategies

- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong community relationships
