Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Lead Position

Job Summary:

Our team is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Lead to lead end-to-end implementations of our customer engagement solutions. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the implementation process and ensuring successful project outcomes.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Create functional designs to address business, interface, and performance needs.
  • Configure D365 CRM product based on client requirements.
  • Design and deliver training sessions for end-users and administrators.
  • Develop and review functional test cases to ensure accurate testing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a functional lead in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations.
  • Strong understanding of D365 security model and ability to configure product settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
