About The Position

The Mental Health Clinician works collaboratively with consumers and their family/carers to identify support needs, goals, and develop care plans.

This involves biopsychosocial assessment, care coordination, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to consumers.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a Rostered Day Off each month, based in Wagga Wagga.

  • Requires current full or working towards AHPRA registration as a clinical psychologist, registered psychologist, or occupational therapist, or accreditation with the AASW as a mental health social worker.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with consumers and their families/carers to undertake assessments and provide care coordination and referral support.
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in providing holistic, evidence-based therapeutic supports.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work as part of a team and independently.
