About the Team

Our Liquorland team supports a network of more than 980 stores and an online website, delivering on our commitment to provide accessible drink solutions for every occasion. We are dedicated to building strong relationships with our customers and stakeholders through effective customer strategy, loyalty, and insights.

About the Role

As part of our Customer Strategy, Loyalty & Insights team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategy for our Loyalty program for Liquorland. This involves overseeing the execution of the Loyalty strategy for Liquorland as we continue our journey to build loyalty through acquisition, retention, and engagement.

You will manage the health of the member database for Liquorland through acquisition, enhancements to the customer value proposition, and redemption. You will also amp up the customer value proposition, develop and manage use cases for segmenting member data and cross-channel campaigns, build and optimize automated lifecycle campaigns to drive customer retention, influence key stakeholders, and manage a team of two and agencies to deliver the strategy and key initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualified in Advertising/Marketing/Business
  • 5+ years experience leading a team in marketing, loyalty or CRM
  • High-energy environment, ideally coming from a Retail/FMCG background
