Job Overview

The Customer Success Manager role is a permanent, full-time position with a hybrid work model. This position focuses on post-sales success, onboarding, retention, and ongoing customer engagement to ensure customers get the most from our product suite.

About the Opportunity

This role is responsible for providing an exceptional, solutions-focused post-sales experience that supports long-term customer satisfaction, product adoption, and partnership growth — reflecting our values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate responses when engaging with other departments.
  • Collaborate with the existing business account executive to support upsell opportunities and account strategy.
  • Maintain regular customer contact and meet activity KPIs and SLAs.
  • Keep customers up to date on product changes and deployments; introduce webinars and release notes as appropriate.
  • Advocate customer needs cross-departmentally and relay key feedback to improve the customer experience.
Qualifications
  • A highly motivated customer success professional who thrives on ownership and delivering exceptional customer experiences across diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of childcare management software is essential.
  • Experience managing a high volume of accounts.
  • At least 3 years in client-facing sales/customer success/account management/support roles, ideally in SaaS or technology.
  • Comfort working with educators, administrators, centre owners, and executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with effective communication and active listening.
  • Ability to simplify complex ideas for customers.
  • Empathetic, emotionally intelligent, and driven to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Strong understanding of direct debit and real-time payment solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM management and Microsoft Office.
