About This Opportunity

As a Positive Behaviour Support Clinician, you will be working closely with colleagues to provide comprehensive support services in diverse settings. You will conduct thorough assessments and develop impactful therapy plans that cater to the unique needs of our clients.

The successful candidate will be passionate about building enduring relationships with clients and their families, celebrating client milestones, and acknowledging progress towards goals. Your Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored therapy plans
  • BUILD strong relationships with clients and their families through empathy and effective communication
  • Celebrate client achievements and acknowledge progress towards set objectives
About You
  • PBS registration is required for this position
  • A background in Psychology or Social Work is highly valued but not necessary
  • A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are essential for this role
  • You must have an NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain these)
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in Behaviour Support is preferred
