About the Role

  • Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents and create comprehensive assessments and care plans.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation and provide leadership and supervision to support staff.

You will be someone who is empathetic, has previously worked in an aged care home, and possesses:

  • A genuine desire to make a positive difference in people's lives.
  • The ability to build and develop rapport with residents, their families, and visitors.
  • A nursing diploma and current registration with relevant health boards.
  • Solid clinical documentation and computer skills.
