Healthcare Services Clinician Opportunity
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinician to join our healthcare services team in Northern Sydney.
The successful applicant will provide high-quality care and support to patients, utilising their clinical expertise and judgement to make informed decisions.

Main Responsibilities- Respond to service requests via various communication channels, including telephone, email and mail.
- Work collaboratively with clients and referrers to identify and implement effective solutions.
- Complete necessary documentation and reporting requirements while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
- Holding current AHPRA Division 1 Nurses Registration is essential.
- Demonstrated proficiency in active listening, conflict management and negotiation skills is required.
- High level of critical thinking and clinical reasoning is necessary for this role.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Primary and Community Care sector, General Practice, community care and acute/subacute care environments is desired.
