Our organization seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to assist with the pre-admission process of residents into our aged care facility. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in explaining clinical details to residents and their families, as well as accurately documenting clinical needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and develop care plans for residents
- Effectively communicate complex care plan needs to incoming residents and their representatives
- Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs of residents
The ideal candidate will possess current unrestricted registration with AHPRA, experience in assessments and care planning, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They will also be able to work autonomously and effectively manage their time.
