Receptionist South Grafton Community Aged Care – For Purpose Aged Care Australia

We're looking for a compassionate Receptionist to join our resident-focused team at our brand new 144-bed home, early November 2025. CARE is more than a word – it reflects our values: Collaboration | Accountability | Respect | Empathy.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service for all enquiries from residents, staff, family and friends both face to face and over the phone.
  • Manage the full range of front desk and administrative support and follow up.
  • Maintain a professional and discrete approach when communicating with a wide range of people.
Qualifications  Requirements
  • Highly organized and comfortable learning new technology.
  • Excellent communication skills with staff, residents and family members.
  • Previous experience within aged care or healthcare is desirable.
