Overview

Personal Care Assistant (Medication Endorsed) South-Grafton Community Aged Care – For Purpose Aged Care Australia.

We're looking for compassionate PCAs to join our resident-focused team and make a real difference where it matters most. First intake is now open.

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily personal care and support to residents
  • Keep accurate records and documentation
  • Communicate professionally with residents, families, and staff
  • Maintain privacy and handle feedback or changes sensitively
  • Work flexible shifts: mornings, afternoons, and nights
  • Reliable candidates available on weekdays and weekends for permanent part-time work
Qualifications
  • Cert III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing) with Medication Endorsement
  • Recent National Police Check (issued within 12 months)
  • Genuine empathy, strong communication and leadership skills
  • Team player with collaboration mindset
  • Passion for continuous learning and improvement
  • Whole-person awareness (physical, social, emotional) and good time management
  • Tech-savvy with sharp clinical judgment and problem-solving ability
