We are opening a brand-new aged care residence in December 2025 and are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to keep our home safe, comfortable, and well maintained both inside and out.Our values are Collaboration, Accountability, Respect and Empathy.ResponsibilitiesLead maintenance operations, ensuring both preventative and reactive tasks are completed efficiently while minimising contractor use.Maintain a safe and well-functioning environment for residents and staff.Support and coordinate with the General Manager of Property and the Property and Procurement Officer.Manage maintenance tasks, tools, and equipment; prioritise and make cost-conscious decisions.Occasionally assist with after-hours work as required.What We Are Looking ForExperience in building maintenance.Understanding of OH&S, Fire and Evacuation legislation.Ability to handle a range of maintenance tasks and equipment.Strong communication skills and respect for residents and colleagues.Ability to work independently and make prioritised decisions with cost awareness.Genuine empathy and leadership to inspire your team.Tech savvy with digital record keeping and communication tools.Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.BenefitsSave up to $15,900 per year with Salary Packaging.Regular team lunches and team-building events.Industry super fund (HESTA).
