What We're Looking For In You
  • Cert III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing)
  • Recent National Police Check (issued within 12 months)
  • Genuine empathy and strong communication skills
  • Leadership potential and teamwork mindset
  • Passion for continuous learning and improvement
  • Whole-person approach (physical, social, emotional) and good time management
  • Tech-savvy with solid problem-solving ability
About The Role
  • Provide daily personal care and support to residents
  • Keep accurate records and documentation
  • Communicate professionally with residents, families, and staff
  • Maintain privacy and handle feedback with sensitivity
  • Work flexible shifts: mornings, afternoons, and nights
  • Availability for weekday and weekend shifts (permanent part-time)
