We are seeking a skilled Event Manager to lead our fundraising efforts. This highly visible role involves developing and executing event strategies to achieve revenue growth, expand our brand, and engage with donors.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in event planning, preferably in a non-profit environment. They must be self-motivated, resourceful, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will work independently, manage multiple projects, and problem-solve effectively.

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of event production, logistics, and guest experience. You will also develop and manage event expense budgets, identify new in-kind gift opportunities, and provide leadership to event committees.
