Event Planning Manager Job Summary
\The ideal candidate will oversee a portfolio of events to achieve fundraising goals, expand the brand, and engage donors.
\Responsibilities include planning and executing signature events such as Benefit Breakfast, Team Challenge, Gala, and Arctoberfest, as well as producing outreach, cultivation, and stewardship events.
\A successful Event Planning Manager must have strong organizational and time management skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to collaborate with team members and senior management.
\At least 3-5 years of experience in event planning or related experience in a nonprofit environment is required, with a demonstrated track record of philanthropic success.
\Benefits include salary between $55,000-$65,000 depending on qualifications and experience, plus benefits. The standard work week is 37.5 hours.
