Job Responsibilities

  • Implement targeted marketing campaigns to support business development, events, and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure activations are on-brand, compliant, and on schedule.
  • Evaluate marketing strategy effectiveness in supporting business development goals.
  • Coordinate team efforts in planning events that effectively support business development while maintaining high standards.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills to translate finance jargon into plain English (Cantonese language is a plus).
  • Enthusiasm and poise to motivate sales targets and deliver exceptional event experiences.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to last-minute layout changes.
  • 18+ years old with Australian working rights; previous sales, hospitality, retail-event, or fintech experience is valued but not required.
  • Flexible work arrangements including rotating rosters, late-night shopping, and expo/trade-show weekends.
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
