About This Role

Our team is seeking an experienced professional to oversee the coordination of events from conception to completion. As an Assistant Event Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of events while maintaining exceptional customer service.

You will work closely with venue management and clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions to meet their expectations.

  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual equipment, and other necessary services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with venues and clients to ensure successful event outcomes.
  • Educate clients on event planning best practices, including budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management.
  • Maintain accurate records of event details, including timelines, budgets, and contact information.
Your Background
  • Proven experience in event coordination or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with event planning software and technology.
