Job Description
This is a pivotal leadership role ensuring our training programs meet the highest standards of quality, compliance and learner engagement.
About the Role
- Lead compliance operations across RTOs and TEOs ensuring alignment to ASQA and NZQA standards
- Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement in training materials, assessments and methodologies
- Manage digital learning systems including LMS and client portals ensuring accuracy and optimisation
- Oversee governance activities
- Support program implementation and evaluation, working closely with clients to understand training needs and deliver impactful solutions
Key Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a similar field
- Strong understanding of ASQA and NZQA standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Knowledge of digital learning systems and technologies
