Job Description

This is a pivotal leadership role ensuring our training programs meet the highest standards of quality, compliance and learner engagement.

About the Role

  • Lead compliance operations across RTOs and TEOs ensuring alignment to ASQA and NZQA standards
  • Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement in training materials, assessments and methodologies
  • Manage digital learning systems including LMS and client portals ensuring accuracy and optimisation
  • Oversee governance activities
  • Support program implementation and evaluation, working closely with clients to understand training needs and deliver impactful solutions

Key Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in a similar field
  • Strong understanding of ASQA and NZQA standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Knowledge of digital learning systems and technologies
