Leadership Role: PASS Program Coordinator

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our PASS Program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality student services and academic support.

  • As a key member of our Academic Success Team, you will contribute to overall student experience and retention goals.

  • Work in an environment that encourages innovation and collaboration, focusing on peer learning to optimize students' academic performance.

A typical day in this role involves:

  • Recruiting, training, and mentoring student leaders for the PASS Program.
  • Coordinating and developing a high-performing student leader team focused on accountability and service excellence.
  • Ensuring workforce planning is in place, including talent identification and capability management.
  • Coordinating the operational teaching and learning component of the peer-learning program.
  • Developing and delivering goals and plans to strengthen the PASS program.
  • Collaborating with Business Intelligence to evaluate program performance, collecting, analysing, and reporting data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in higher education, with Peer learning programs knowledge required and demonstrated excellence in managing students and administration tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to operate in a challenging environment with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High-level computer literacy and experience using technology in teaching and learning environments.
