Role Overview

As a Manager, Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing user data, deriving insights, and collaborating with departments to develop strategies enhancing user experiences and keeping users engaged over time. This position is based in Melbourne and responsible for all APAC markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis of user data to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with departments to develop strategies that enhance user experiences and retention
  • Mentor and develop team members to drive engagement and retention analytics, strategy, and optimization

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7-10 years of analytical experience in a digital business, preferably media-related
  • Expertise in SQL, data visualization tools, and subscription services
  • A deep understanding of the media and content industry
