Job Description

Job Title: Personal Banking Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banking Advisor to join our team at eFinancialCareers Ltd. As a Personal Banking Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, helping them to achieve their financial goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized banking services to clients, including account management, transaction processing, and financial planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and goals, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales and marketing teams, to identify opportunities to grow our client base and increase revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide clear recommendations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
