Permanent Full Time  role located in Wangaratta You will assist in supporting 5 of our customers with their daily activities and goals through a person-centred approach Have experience within disability, including experience dealing with some behaviours of concern Be an effective communicator with proven experience in managing a diverse team in the community sector Be strategic in your thinking about how to improve your service and contribute to changes that positively affect your service Enjoy change and work well in leading a team through an ever-changing environment Have the ability to adapt to various situations An Advanced Diploma of Disability (  ) is required for this role

As a  Disability Support Worker  in one of our services you will work with a team on and off-site of specialists with one common goal – to enable our customers to live as equal and empowered citizens.

To be successful in this role you must have or be willing to obtain:

Advanced Diploma in Community Sector Management NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee) Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
