Job Description

As a Print Production Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the end-to-end execution of print production and point-of-sale (POS) materials. You will work closely with the Production Buyer and broader creative and client services teams to coordinate logistics, quality assurance, and supplier communication to deliver high-quality, cost-effective print solutions on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate sampling, ordering, and delivery of store POS and marketing collateral.
  • Support the Production Buyer in sourcing vendors and obtaining quotes for print and packaging needs.
  • Track production timelines and update stakeholders on progress, proactively flagging risks or delays.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure final collateral meets specifications and quality standards.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all print materials are produced to the highest standard, while meeting deadlines and staying within budget.

Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in print production, marketing coordination, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with print processes and production terminology.
  • Experience using project management tools or systems.
  • Understanding of basic design and file formats; Adobe Creative Cloud experience is advantageous.
