Portfolio Administration Role

Maintain high standards of service excellence and support tax reporting for external non-custody platform services clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional client service by managing product administration queries and processing client instructions.
  • Reconstruct historical cost base data for capital gains tax reporting and collaborate with external providers to ensure accurate and timely report delivery.
  • Process account closures, service fees, and ensure compliance with monitoring and reporting requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure data integrity and seamless operations.
  • Support compliance with internal policies and external regulations, identify risks, and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements:
  • 3 years' experience in portfolio administration or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (intermediate level).
  • Experience with IPS/Iress.
  • BASIC understanding of corporate actions and their effect on cost bases.
