Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the administrative and leasing team to execute portfolio-related tasks and address any issues that may arise.
