Account Management Professional

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Management Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling maintenance products and services to key and national accounts within your portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets through daily professional account management to key and national accounts within the portfolio.
  • Provide timely forecasts and reports to management and ensure the designated service portfolio has reduced exposure to out-of-tenure agreements.
  • Act as a facilitator between customers and the Operations team, assisting with developing and implementing solutions to customers' vertical transport needs.
  • Support the wider business requirements by identifying, introducing, and collaborating on Modernisation sales success within the portfolio.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Frontline Sales or Key Account Management.
  • Strong business acumen and results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage several accounts, be customer-focused, and anticipate client needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
