As a Food and Beverage Team Leader, you play a pivotal role in orchestrating various dining experiences. Your primary goal is to guide a cohesive team, ensuring seamless food and beverage operations.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in food & beverage protocols, encompassing table & event service, beverage expertise, and coffee crafting skills
  • Confidence in communicating with guests and colleagues for seamless teamwork
  • Adaptable within diverse food & beverage settings, with flexibility across different schedules
  • Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification
  • Passion for engaging with patrons and collaborating within a team of diverse professionals
