Luxury Experience Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Club Millesime team to deliver exceptional luxury experiences for our guests. This includes ensuring the highest level of customer service is offered and maintained at all times, driving ambassadors to meet and exceed targets, and providing support through training and coaching.
The role also involves liaising with other departments to ensure service times are adhered to, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in food and beverage areas, and resolving guest complaints effectively and in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Highly motivated individual with excellent attention to detail
- 1-2 years' experience in Front Desk/Club Lounge Team Leader
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance representing the Sofitel brand
- Hold a current RSA certificate
