Lead Dining Experience Manager

We are seeking a skilled Leader to join our team and drive exceptional guest experiences in our dining outlets.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in high-quality restaurant management, with a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences and a hunger for driving results.

To thrive in this role, you will need to cultivate a culture that encourages people to connect and thrive, aligning the team with outlet goals and driving performance through effective leadership and development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining operational presence across all meal serving periods to ensure service standards and guest experience remain at an optimum.
  • Providing leadership, development, support, coaching, and constructive feedback to the team.
  • Cultivating a culture that promotes connection, growth, and continuous improvement, while aligning the team with outlet objectives.
  • Driving performance by setting metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and leading the way with industry trends.
  • Being actively involved in talent acquisition, including selection and retention efforts, to attract, confirm, and retain top talent.
  • Developing internal relationships across the hotel to foster partnerships and contribute to the success of the dining outlet.
Requirements:
  • 3 years' experience in a restaurant leadership role in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant, operating at high volumes.
  • A leadership style that is authentic, engaging, and strategic, based on identified business priorities.
  • A positive, can-do attitude demonstrating resilience and maturity, with excellent communication skills.
  • A deep understanding of luxury hospitality, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on exceptional service.
  • A collaborative approach that builds strong relationships with all hotel departments essential for the success of the dining outlet.
