Job Title: Dining Room Supervisor

As a Dining Room Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the exceptional service experience for our residents.

  • You will assist in training and supporting front of house dining personnel in all aspects of food and beverage service.
  • Motivate and lead your team to achieve high standards.
  • Maintain correct food handling and hygiene work practices, including compliance with HACCP food service standards.
  • Promote our organization's culture and values.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Previous supervisory experience in hospitality.
  • At least 2 years of restaurant/banquet experience in Australia.
  • Relevant qualifications in hospitality are preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an aged care environment, including exposure to special dietary requirements.
