Site Manager for Fuel Operations

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to oversee the daily operations of our gas station. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and efficient work environment, as well as providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage site staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
  • Monitor and maintain equipment, inventory, and supplies
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
