Job Description:We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our team in the Independent Supported Accommodation (ISA) program. As a Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for implementing personalized support plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of our clients.
- Provide individualized support and care to clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
- Aid clients in accessing community resources and engaging in recreational activities that promote socialization and independence.

- Experience working with individuals with complex needs and behaviors.
